María founded OUD Properties with the ambition of bringing a more thoughtful and human approach to real estate advisory in Ras Al Khaimah.
Having worked within the operational side of the real estate industry, she experienced first-hand how quickly the human dimension of the client relationship can be lost in fast-moving markets.
That experience shaped the philosophy behind OUD, ensuring that every decision aligns not only with financial objectives, but with personal vision and long-term confidence.
